Please remove the box for tsv

On QVC1 I noticed they put up a streaming box for the TSV. It remains there almost the whole presentation for whatever product that is being presented. This morning I was watching a D & Co show and it was on almost the whole time. It's very distracting and we really don't need it to remind us of the TSV. Please take it off

I agree. Have called Customer Service and they don't know what it is or how to remove it.

@xryretriever @Milo on qvc If you have an exit button on the remote for your cable television--I have Comcast--that will remove it.

But it will come back the next time I tune in to QVC so I just "exit" again. Hope this helps.

I have fire tv. No exit on remote but I will try other buttons.
