    <description>&lt;P&gt;Nightmare.  I pay my bill every month online (or I check my bill online) Normally I DO NOT USE THE Q CARD.  BUT I STARTED USING IT AGAIN.  Not anymore.  What a hassle.  Could  not get on.  I don't get paper statements.  I had to find the Q card.  The system shut down, told me I hadn't answered questions (but there were no questions). When I finally got someone to help me they said they couldn't help me. I had to call THE BANK TOMORROW, BUT THE BANK WOULD CHARGE ME FOR TALKING TO THEM... a convenience charge.  &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Actually they should PAY ME for going through this.  I am cancelling my Q card.  My suggestion is for the Q to dump the new bank and find a customer friendly system.  Paypal would be my choice.  Until they do I am only using my Visa, or my anything else to pay any bill I decide to pay and I am going back to paper if they will allow me to do that.  &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I am venting but this was totally beyond what customer service should be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I thought it was a joke.  Looked at my calendar to see if it was April Fools Day.  I had them repeat it three times, three different reps.  Crazy.  And if I cancel the card I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT GET IT BACK.  &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;The new credit card company is actually part of GE financial.  Got a strange fancy name now.  Not going to even bother to look it up to see.  &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't you hate when the system doesn't recognize you when you've paid online for years? That's why I still get paper bills that way I can send in a check when it fails me. I only have a Q card and pay everything with cash or debit. I owe no one anything. To be charged for speaking to someone? Forget it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
