@ducedog1 I'm not see anything like what you're describing on my laptop, iPad, or cellphone. Not on the QVC app either. Everything looks the same.

My iPhone has a "light" and "dark" setting. If I select "dark", it's a black background. Maybe that's the OP's issue.

@ducedog1 I think you may have hit the privacy setting by accident. None of us are having that problem. Google how to change it back
