topic Hosts and Being FACTUAL in Suggestion Box

Do you feel lied to when the hosts push a product as our "eyes and ears" and NEVER mention it has 1-star ratings I trust them and I feel it is a legal issue that they never tell the truth about the real product experience. I'm not always in front of a computer to be able to check the ratings to find out if they're telling the truth or not. I thought presenting a product factually (truthfully) is THE function of a host?
