      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know all about supply chain issues, we are bombarded with horror stories everywhere we go, and see it first hand with empty store shelves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HOWEVER:&amp;nbsp; When you present something in October (GILI TSV 10/25 A460644) and MAKE A POINT of telling the viewers that IT IS DEFINITELY IN STOCK AND WILL DEFINITELY SHIP ON NOVEMBER 15, and when a customer is still waiting for shipping confirmation on November 30, it would be a nice gesture to send an email apologizing for the delay and offering a discount on a future purchase, just to let your customer know that you care about them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you care about your customer????&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received my 2nd&amp;nbsp;coat last night along with Muk Luk slipper socks at 7:15 last night&amp;nbsp; by post office.&amp;nbsp; 3rd one to be here this week and ordered that last after TSV day but free shipping day so almost same price.&amp;nbsp; They were huge so had to do some readjusting who was getting what because of size...nothing left to exchange with right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After that and the other Muk Like I ordered the waiting is over for me.&amp;nbsp; I also moved out most auto deliveries until January or later and some I left but not gifts.&amp;nbsp; Cancelled some as well.&amp;nbsp; Enough to last&amp;nbsp; me until next go round. It will be back.&amp;nbsp; Stuff always is.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
