Can’t UPS deliver anything anymore from the Q??

I purchased some large glass Valerie Par Hill candleholders, and also a winter coat last week. When I checked on the order status, I see that the items were dropped off from UPS to the post office. This takes additional time for delivery. I remember back in the day when the UPS man came to the door to deliver QVC's items. That just doesn't happen anymore. 😏

If you use standard delivery QVC uses the most economical delivery for them. You can upgrade your delivery for an additional fee when ordering.

Everytime I get 2 or more packages a day that have gone through the UPS system, they go ahead and deliver them. They will be bringing me a QVC and a HSN package today.

I have received two items (separate days) this week already, and another one is coming this Friday. All UPS from QVC.

One of the items was around 80 pounds, but the other two are under five pounds each, but all came/are coming UPS.

Awhile ago I read on this forum from someone that wrote about UPS My Choice was being offered, it is that your packages would not be going to postoffice for a fee of $19.00 first year I believe that it has to be over a certain weight , like ordered a new bra,makeup those went post office to my mailbox,

Joined in May and have never been happier with how fast I'M getting my boxes .

Sorry if I'm hurting the USPS in some way ,but think this doesn't cause them such a backup in having packages just sitting in post office after being dropped off by UPS especially at holidays to be delivered.

I don't know what the price will be after the year but if I had to rate this right now it would be A+ well worth it.

I'm so glad I switched to UPS Choice Premium. Only those packages under 2 lbs go on to USPS to be delivered.

I choose my own shipping method on the check out page.

If you don't, if defaults to the 3.50 method and this is pot luck.

I choose the second one and it's UPS all the way.

It's odd because the prices changes but it's between 11.00 and 12.00

For me, it's so worth not having to keep checking my account.

A couple of days and I get whatever I ordered.

Yes, it's more money but it's broken down into the easy pay option

Up to the individual and it works for me.

You can sign up for My Choice on UPS.com and then pay an annual fee so UPS delivers most items that would have been transferred to USPS for delivery. UPS had a deal going on for $19 a year but I don't know if that's still the cost.

I signed up for My Choice Premimum about 4 months ago and wish I had my money back. I can't recall a single package they've brought that would have been delivered by USPS. Most of my packages are garments which weigh under 2 lbs. so USPS delivers them anyway. Will not renew.

UPS bring a lot of my packages. I don´t have to pay extra. They are in my subdivision two three times a day so I´m always happy when i get a message that they will be in my area and will bring my package. It´s only difference of one day if USPS brings it anyway.

Our mail and packages go to a community mailbox 4 houses away from me. No problem except with heavy packages like Harry Slatkins boxed candles that go to a parcel locker. I walk with a cane so it is very awkward carring the boxes and using a cane. The post man is too lazy to stop in front of my house and deliver the heavy packages..I cancelled 2 orders of candles for that reason..

I got an e-mail from UPS about a package they were delivering to me today. USPS delivered it.
