And things are just getting back to semi-normal since covid in the U.S.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;On the flip side, shipping and returns have been problems at Q for many years. It's been a lot worse since they started relying on vendors to ship products. If other retailers can do things much faster, Q should be able to as well. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Ulta took 2 wks for 2 lip liners!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Right now, I am going through a problem with shoesdotcom.&amp;nbsp; Charged me immediately BEfore they even shipped!&amp;nbsp; Sent one wrong size, other never shipped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;NO C/S phone calls accepted. You MUST email only.&amp;nbsp; Then you get an auto response that tells you to go to the website to get answers or they will respond in 3-5 days!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Claim you can make free even exchanges and now they won't.&amp;nbsp; Have to pay again, full price and email them the new order number or you will be charged a restocking fee.&amp;nbsp; (BTW-no one else carried what my son wanted)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One full month later, I have been charged for 2 shoes, received 0 and can't talk to anyone.&amp;nbsp; Numerous emails never answered except for auto reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a claim in w/ Discover.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sure they can't take&amp;nbsp;my calls or respond via email promptly because they can't get any help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Linea items I ordered have been in stock for some time. They has been processing for 9 to 10 days. If they don't have items in stock they usually say it is a delayed shipment. After 10 days you should be able to cancel!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it takes 10 or more days to ship you should be able to cancel orders. If they tell you something won't ship outil a certain date that's different. For a short period of time I received items right away. Now it's taking forever!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shipping with QVC seems to be hit or miss. I've ordered items and had them delivered in four days. Others like the Northern Nights TSV from May 20, was an advanced order.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This item was to ship on June 25, just found out by call cs, that the new ship date is July 6.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Why can't QVC notify customers of future delays? Lousy customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The current charge for each item is bad enough, but if it was a large order and there was one 8.50 shipping charge, that is a different story.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was in a position to know motives and so-called logic of a huge international corporation for decades so I know what their intentions are.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Example. The company I work for just sold off two of their business lines. They fired nearly 800 employees, many who have been there for 20-40 years. They just announced that the savings will go to shareholders, not even pennies to make it a better place for employees to work. Employees are always last on their list of priorities.
