I couldn't agree more. It's ridiculous. If I want Sesame Street, it's on the PBS channel.

We have kicked this subject around several times here and the opinion was almost unanimous that squirrels should go. Then Carolyn announced that they were staying. So much for customer opinion.

I think they are a time-filler and give them something about which to make small talk.

AGREE. Like so many themes, QVC starts something, gets a few good reactions, then does it over and over, ad nauseum. Another theme that comes to mind, is hosts wearing pajamas. Once or twice it was a new, fresh, "Out-of-the-box" idea. Then they ruined it by repeating it and making some hosts very uncomfortable and rather riduculous looking on air. Other themes too: readers: put the readers on, take the readers off...oh well, you get my drift.

It's their version of the Happy Dance, or Leah's hashtag Leah wants to know "what is the color of your toothbrush."

None of this truly bothers me, but if all of these antics disappeared tomorrow I wouldn't miss them.

It makes some people laugh and feel good, if only for a moment of their day. So I'm glad some enjoy it and there are smiles in their day.

Since they have QVC 1, 2, 3 , why don't they have one of the channels be the chit chat comedy routine QVC channel . The other channel can be for shoppers who just want the facts - dimensions, color choices, laundering recommendations and none of the filler talk- shorten the presentations . The 3rd channel can be a repeat all day of the TSV .

If the Hosts are resorting to filler talk than dare I say that the alloted presentation times are to long or the Hosts and Reps are omitting dimensions ect . It seems with many presentations the Hosts don't hold the garment still long enough for the camera person to let us really take a look at each color . It's a mess. Also some Hosts don't even get up off the sofa anymore ...

I think my spouse can help! Our yards are loaded with them. They hang on screens, tearing up lawns and have "no regard" for others🙄...lol

We have a armadillo or some other night visitor eating all my flowerbeds and digging everywhere ...spouse decided to set a trap...well, so far no rodents but caught squirrel #6. Of course, we let them out immediately ... they obviously love marshmallows 🤔🤗

@Gabidog You are soooo right. I've said that for a long time. How long does it take to describe all the pertinent info for an item. If they would do that and eliminate all the useless chatter, they could do twice the items. Valerie seems to be able to do it.

if the hosts spent half the time really informing us of what we are buying, perhaps there would be less returns. they almost all spend too much time with their ridiculous questions and games. I need information such as, it runs true to size, the size the models are wearing so I can see how it might look on me, etc. (but please put the models in the size that fits them) qvc forgets lately it's online shopping.
