      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've always made a practice, when looking at As-Is items, of checking on the price of the new, in stock item.&amp;nbsp; It's amazing how often the regular, new price is less.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the issue is that, once something is priced for "As Is", it never changes, whereas the prices of in stock items do.&amp;nbsp; Always a good idea to check!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankfully, QVC normally puts the item number of the "new" item in the description of the As-Is, so you only have to click on it to check.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
