      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to track my returns online under "order status", a page comes up that says "QVC unavailable"...I have noticed this for several days...please correct this problem.  I need to be able to see when my account has been credited.  Thank You.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I agree with you. For days I cannot track two returns. I can understand one or two days but nearly a week is unacceptable.&lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/sad.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.sad}" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I used the tracking number with USPS and there are no corresponding numbers in their system either. It just says Package Accepted at the Post Office on QVC's site?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree. There is a time limit to file a claim for a lost package with UPS and not knowing the status is frustrating. I request that notification but sometimes you receive it and sometimes you do not. It also takes a while to see either the exchange or credit on your account. QVC used to be so much better in prior years with this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
