Love watching the cooking shows and recipes from all the great cookbooks featured.
Would really enjoy watching Jeffrey Eisner and his Pressure Luck Cooking Cookbook.

All about the Instant Pot and easy recipes. All the recipes feature pix of step by step directions. Now also has a Lighter Cooking Cookbook coming out in Spring 2021.
"The Lighter Step by Step Instant Pot Cookbook"
He has been on Rachel Ray and GMA and has a following of foodies, along with a personality that is a lot of fun to watch.

Thanks so much for posting this. I love this guy. I went right out to Amazon and ordered the cookbook. It's reduced from $19.99 to $12.69.
