I don't buy from JTV but I get my Q packages just as fast as those from HSN.

ITA! Items I ordered from HSN, Macy's and Joann craft stores on the same day have already been delivered. The item I ordered from QVC at the same time is still "in transit." Not sure what the problem is.

An age old question. My theory is they have an enexpensive contract with UPS (etc) besides slow wearhouse because sometimes my packages linger in the middle of the country for 4 -5days. Many times you can find the same product at Amazon, free shipping and next day delivery. We are paying for the fancy TV productions.

But both JTV and HSN have fancy TV operations yet they seem to have their shipping under control. And I thought QVC rolled out new improved shipping this year LOL! Just a suggestion for the powers that be.

Lately, it's not so much QVC as it is USPS and now Fedex.

Wow...are they messed up.

Waited a month for a delivery from USPS while it showed it was at my post office. One delay message, then nothing except yesterday I received an email saying it was delivered.

Just yesterday, another delay message for two more orders from QVC, so will it be another month or so before I get them?

Scheduled pickup for two returns, mailman didn't pick them up yesterday, yet he delivered my mail and the delayed package from QVC.

As for Fedex, box scheduled to be delivered yesterday. They even sent me updates where the truck was. It was 5 miles from my house at 7:30 pm last night, still saying I would get the package. Turned the outside lights on for him until midnight. No delivery.

Rescheduled and on the truck for Sunday, the 6th. As of 7:10 pm, no delivery. Once again turned on the outside lights for him.

Fedex had been doing well for me until Dec. 5th.

JTV is really fast, and as of late most of the gold goodies I've purchased have been free shipping. YAY ME!

HSN, I also get faster than the Q.

I'm fairly sure it's just a coincidence, I don't think there's more to it than that.

Can someone tell me why QVC does not allow you to edit whether you want to use easy pay or not before you get to your cart. This has been highly annoying for several years and I keep asking the same question. If they added the option to each individual item it would make it easier to purchase the items you want by speed buy. I am hoping that they will respond to this.

You absolutely have the ability to Edit payment method.

I have done it with all of my recent purchases, switching from easy pay to one full payment. It's there.

Some retailers let you choose the payment options up front. Others, like Q, offer it at check-out. Not a big deal. You get to choose either way.
