Of course the one I ordered is now on wait list. I ordered a couple of other items and the tracking numbers were from 2013 and CS told me my items would eventually be delivered. Today I received the item I ordered but in the wrong size. Seriously???? Of course it is on wait list now as well. I called CS and while they were very nice they weren't very helpful and I escalated my concerns to a supervisor. I only shop online hating to go to a bricks and mortar store but I have to say this is getting old and I sure hope things improve before holiday season. Is anyone experiencing shipping problems?
