      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm becoming less inclined to order from QVC because of the returns shipper you use. Not only are we expected to pay $6.95 or $8.95 to ship back a return, but then we get no tracking results, besides. And it's&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;S_L_O_W !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A week ago, l dropped off a sweater at my post office, that &amp;nbsp;l had purchased from QVC. USPS tracking showed that it was "picked up by shipping agent" the next day. Since then-- 6 days later-- absolutely no tracking info is provided, using the Newgistics tracking number. (The destination is only 240 miles from where l live. It should have taken 2 days, at the most).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For how much we're paying to return an item, l would expect QVC to use a better shipping company for their prepaid label-- UPS, FedEx, or USPS---where we can actually TRACK our package! I've made returns recently of purchases from other stores' websites, and every one offers FREE returns, with useful tracking, and quick processing... Wake up, QVC!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I couldn't agree more! I returned a pair of pants and one of Toni Brattin's wig pieces - it was picked up and is sitting who knows where. Now its the waiting game to see how long it takes to get our refunds back. I'm tired of the COVID excuse. There has to be a better and more efficient way to track our returns and get our $$ returned to our accounts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The "Track Your Return" link actually provides details again!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(And I agree that the slow return shipping is NOT fun to wait for...)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ETA: P.S. There is no need for you to continue checking both the Newgistics and Pitney Bowes websites; since PB bought Newgistics, there is absolutely no difference at all in the details you'll be able to access from either site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On September 30, I sent back a Lancome mascara that QVC sent me instead of a Lancome eyebrow pencil!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Their mistake, and now I am still waiting for a full refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only try to order items that I know I will keep, but this was not my fault!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
