      <description>&lt;P&gt;Waiting for 4 to 6 weeks or more for a return to process has turned me off. Yes I know there is a way to take a picture etc. I am not good on computers &amp;amp; why should I have to go through all of this? Just process your returns!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I remember you take a picture of your form you fill out in order to return an item &amp;amp; I believe the tracking sticker you put on the package. I mailed it my way &amp;amp; paid up front as I returned part of two orders &amp;amp; it was only $9.00 for three items. Cheaper of using their return label.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is why I will not order anything at this point. I received two used items. I was disgusted! It was a pair of pants that were well worn &amp;amp; very faded. I did return using QVC's return label. They charged me s &amp;amp; h. I called and got a full refund. The customer service rep I talked to said that's the way it works. You have to call. I had called CS &amp;amp; asked them to note my problem. Then I still have to call to get my s &amp;amp; h back? That did it for me! The other item was a tank top that had been washed &amp;amp; worn. The collar was all wrinkled &amp;amp; no tags. I received one that was not used &amp;amp; it looked totally different!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
