Why can't QVC put a fragile label on something that can easily be broken, especially if there is glass on product or be more careful when handling.I received a printer/ scanner that has glass and it was broken Don't know if it happen in there place or USP But still have some kind of label, Im8 getting a replacement just hope it's not broken again

I found UPS, USPS, and Fedex do pay attention to boxes marked "fragile" in large enough letters where they can be easily seen. They are "less" likely to throw them around. So, I agree.

I have seen drivers throw boxes from one end of the truck to the other when they are looking for something. I couldn't believe anything could arrive in one piece.

They won't change their ways because it takes too much time for shippers to handle each package as if all contents of every box can be easily broken.

Those boxes not marked fragile in long distance transit undergo more handling; therefore encountering more chances to be broken or damaged.

Most of the problem I find is manufacturers cutting costs by not packing properly and using inferior packing materials.

I would have to say this is not just a QVC issue. I think it is across the board. I agree with another poster, label it correctly and pack it correctly (which I agree will cost more money) but in the end would save because things would not be returned and customers will not be angry.

All of what I have mentioned takes time and time is money. Does that excuse this? No but my point was, it's just just the Q that has issues with this, it is many others as well.
