      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to have your webmaster program the product number to show when you are hovering over a product on your home page.&amp;nbsp; I love shopping QVC but when I see something I love on the home page, I have to go search for it which takes way too much time.&amp;nbsp; Keep up the awesome work!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On 5/22/20 I ordered a hair product that I have been using through QVC for years - I have never received it. The QVC website as well as the mail carrier both say "processing" and now they both say "Information void." &amp;nbsp;I have already paid for 1 of my 3 installment payments and the 2nd one is due in 2 days. I called customer service and was told that, since QVC is overwhelmed with calls, I can not speak to an agent at this time. The same thing happened when I tried to "chat." &amp;nbsp;On the Customer Service page, when I click on "email," nothing comes up so I do not know who to reach QVC - My suggestion is obvious - I suggest that I need help - you can find my personal information through my order number. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
