I've only returned two things out of many, but I feel burned by the measly credit. I ordered a long-sleeved D&C blouse, and it was fine except the sleeves were so long, they completely covered my hands. Now, it's not like I decided I just didn't like it... the ends of the sleeves were embroidered, so no way to really shorten them.

I didn't even get back the cost of the shirt, itself! what with the cost of return. Honestly, when it's a matter of yes, it's your size but it still isn't right vs simply not liking it, I think there should be reasons that are legit and worthy of being taken back without charge.

For instance, I have a Susan Graver ring that I love, but in no way, shape or form did they send me the correct size. I ordered a Large and am pretty sure I got a small. It's one of those stretchy-band rings, and I have others, so I *know* they do come in different sizes, and this one came in three, S - M - L. So, when they send you the wrong size, why is the cost on the customer?! I called and was given a 'courtesy' on the return, but omg, that should be the way it is all the time, in a case like this!

I really think that this will cure me of the urge to shop on the Q, from now-on.
