QVC LIVE FEED on your computer

I have not been able to watch the live feed from my computer at all as of this date. I click on the Watch QVC live option from the web homepage and get a black screen and it buffers and never comes up. This is not usual for me.

At first I thought it was my machine or my browsers, but after checking for upgrades on the browsers, as well as my adobe flash I still could not get the live feed to work. I tried my husband's laptop as he has a different verison of Windows than me and he only uses IE and nope no live feed.

Last test was to go to HSN and click on watch their live feed, and zip! I got their live feed on my computer, so...in the end, looks like QVC's live feed is down and no one seems to know.

Help! and please get that fixed!

Hi, sharynintx!

I just tried it and I can see and hear QVC's live feed with no problems.

(OS X, Mavericks: v. 10.9.4, Safari: v. 7.0.6, Firefox: v. 31.0, Chrome: v. 37.0.2062.94, Adobe Flash: v. 14.0.0.176. iPad: iOS v. 7.1.2.)

Also, verify that your internet connection isn't having problems. Use Speedtest.net or do a search for the your internet provider to use their speed test.

I hope others will try it out, and then perhaps we can find out what the glitch might be.

Hi this is my first time on the forums but been with the Q for quite awhile. I just had to say..I also cannot get live video on the Q but have no problem getting individual videos from their past shows.This live feed has been a problem for several days now and I missed some shows that I was looking forward to seeing. My pc has no problems on other sites. And yes, Q's live video when I try is as described..a black screen trying to load.

I called customer service twice and told them about this problem and neither person had heard any complaints about the video feed or heard about this problem from others. I was told that my info on this would be forwarded to the correct people but they are most likely off for the holiday weekend.

Try a different browser than Internet Explorer would be my suggestion.
