    <description>&lt;P&gt;I know that it is frustrating, but there IS customer service.&amp;nbsp; I haven't been able to get through on the phone, but I have had success two times through email.&amp;nbsp; I had a problem with two of my plant orders dying and I emailed the QVC social team.&amp;nbsp; I got a response and solution to my problem within only a few minutes for both issues. The first issue was a few weeks ago and the second one was from yesterday morning.&amp;nbsp; The response was perfect both times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was actually easier for me than making a phone call to QVC before this all started.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
