QVC should change their return policy at this time. Some people cannot get to the post office.

@Janey2 Go to the USPS website and arrange for a postal pick up. You can pick the date and place for the pick up and they'll come and get your package, which uses the Q return label. As soon as they get it, they'll send an email confirmation and tell you they got it.

I always keep a few priority mail envelopes on hand so I can print/pay postage at USPS dotcom and give it to my mail carrier. It costs just a little more than the label but you get full tracking and it gets there faster. You can order envelopes online or pick them up at any postal location...such as at the grocery store.
