You have to constantly click to get to every action.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde" size="3" color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The former page was great. Everything on one page.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde" size="3" color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;listed all payment options: cards, check, member credits.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde" size="3" color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;also choose easy pays or one payment, etc., all on one page. All you had to do on one page &amp;nbsp;and the font was great.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde" size="3" color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;AND I almost clicked pay now WITHOUT knowing what payment I was using, as it doesn't list options without actively trying to find another thing to click on to bring up yet another page, causing a large amount of $$$$ being put on a card etc., you might not want to use.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde" size="3" color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I do not like this new system, too much aggravation.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde" size="3" color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I will just call from now on.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Oh boy, what a mess. This new checkout format is beyond horrible. It is difficult to read, the font is too small in and very light in color, which makes navigating this ridiculous change overly time consuming. What was formerly a graceful layout and one click process now takes four or more clicks if you want to edit any of the options to purchase. That doesn't include the extra time it takes when said options fail to engage when selected. After several failed attempts, I called customer service for assistance. My friends are encountering the exact same negative purchasing experience. This is not user friendly and find its an&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;epic fail!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I won't use it, it should have my VISA card info on file and it doesn't, but the QCard info was loaded onto it of course, I find that dishonest. I just get the item number and use automated ordering or call in and talk to a person.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What in the world are you thinking. You took a perfectly easy to use format and made it a nightmare to use. Why is it that when there is an upgrade it always seems you need to do many more steps to do what you used to do in one. This is difficult to navigate and definitely NOT user friendly. Please go back to the old system. I tried to order something before it sold out and it took so long to go through the steps I didn’t get it in time, who thinks up these terrible programs. Did you ever think to test it and ask your “customers” if they liked it better. Remember we are the people who keep you in business. Terrible terrible idea.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a UPS Store box that I use for most (not all) of my online purchase deliveries.&amp;nbsp; I've been using that address for many years.&amp;nbsp; With this updated checkout system, I have to type it in every time, it doesn't show as one of my stored addresses.&amp;nbsp; I've added and saved the address several times, but it still doesn't show up.&amp;nbsp; Frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I HATE IT!&amp;nbsp; Have had problems with it from the get-go!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My latest problem is that sometimes, happening more often lately, things I ordered have been moved to things I'm holding.&amp;nbsp; First time this occurred, I figured I didn't hit place order so I ordered the item again!&amp;nbsp; Then noticed two orders for same thing and cancelled one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just this morning noticed something I placed an order on from ITKWD Wednesday, among others in my holding/not ordered section!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To add to this system's inconvenience, when ordering two of the same items, e.g., two sweatshirts in different colors, the back and forth from item page to order page seems so drag on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't invite change; certainly don't appreciate this one!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
