      <description>I have been frustrated for quite sometime at how long it takes to get an item once I order from QVC compared to many other companies (Amazon, Kohls, Bed Barh &amp;amp; Beyond just to name a few) . I have complained frequently to Customer Service by phone and email. I have heard that they are working on their process and promised better performance in the future. I have given second, third, fourth chances for the company to fix the problem. And here we go again. Ordered an item 7 days ago, remains "in process" and at this point my EDD is coming in 3 days. Once you finally change the status to shipped I have learned that it's another week before the package arrives. Calling Customer Sevice gets me nowhere as they can't tell what the delay is. Today the rep mentioned that nobody is working in shipping today since its Sunday. Come on QVC. You are on air 24/7. People are buying 24/7. No wonder you're always behind. The shipping department should be there as well, otherwise you will continue to be working from behind. If you want to stay in business you need to wake up and get in the game. Other companies out there are revealing how antiquated your processes are. Your loyal customers deserve your loyalty to providing better service.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You really see the difference when you buy things (like I do) from Amazon and Chewy, etc.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Sometimes I'll get something the same day!&amp;nbsp; It depends on what time of day I order it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I remember back last year I ordered a kerosene heater.&amp;nbsp; It was very early in the morning.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;The doorbell rang at about 8:00PM and it was the derosene heater!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Usually it will take one day, not more than 2 days for something to come.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Sometimes with QVC it takes so long I've forgotten what I've ordered.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I try not to order as much from them as I used to mainly because I don't need it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've always found the people in customer service to be very helpful and extremely courteous.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;It's just that the shipping is very, very slow.&amp;nbsp; I don't know why, but it is.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;QVC has become the slowest shipper I've ever ordered from.&amp;nbsp; Don't know what has happened, but when it takes a month to get an order that you can't cancel because the order is "in process", it verges on ridiculous. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;You can't get your order and even if you find it somewhere else, you can't cancel. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#0000ff"&gt;I've gotten spoiled by other shopping sites so QVC gets very little business from me, but, when they do, I'd like to get my order.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This slow shipping has truly become ridiculous! &amp;nbsp;This is the longest I have ever had an item in process (since 9/16) and have heard absolutely nothing. &amp;nbsp;Last night I ordered an item from HSN around 11 p.m. and it has already shipped (earlier today). &amp;nbsp;I think QVC could truly benefit from others as far as shipping goes. &amp;nbsp;Also returns also are much faster with HSN. &amp;nbsp;I thought QVC was working on faster shipping - definitely not working! &amp;nbsp;This is so frustrating especially since an item ordered was for a birthday gift. &amp;nbsp;Not a good business practie to say the least!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>An update to my original post. My item still has not shipped. Today is day 11. I have tried in vain for several days to cancel online as well as on the phone with a rep who could give no explanation about why the item hasn't shipped or when it is anticipated to ship. And even though this item is obviously not truly in the shipping process, they still refuse to allow me to cancel. Their solution is that once I receive the product, whenever that may be, then I can return for a refund. Interpretation: QVC wants to bill my credit card when they actually ship, then have the use of my money the entire time the item is traveling (usually takes a week), then it will be on me to get the item shipped back, then the long process of getting the return processed and finally refunding the money to my credit card. I am done with QVC after well over a decade of loyal shopping. I sent an email to them letting them know of this final straw, and that I look forward to the day when QVC ceases to exist because they refuse to listen. They sent a response with no apologies, still no explanation of the current delay, no offer to allow me to cancel, and letting me know how much they appreciate my feedback. Ridiculous. Worst company ever. I have no problem giving my business to other companies who have no problem getting items on their way with lightening speed and free shipping.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with all the postss regarding shipping.&amp;nbsp; Used to get most things kin about 4 days.&amp;nbsp; Since they started using us mail it's verrry slow.&amp;nbsp; I returned an item on 9/19 and it has not been received.&amp;nbsp; They refunded the money, it's lost in the mails somewhere.&amp;nbsp; They need to ditch sending products out by mail and go back to UPS or Fedx.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm glad to see that I am not the only one feeling this way.&amp;nbsp; I laugh when the host says you can order it and get it in a week...I have NEVER received anything in a week.&amp;nbsp; QVC needs to get up to speed (like Amazon) in shipping out items quicker.&amp;nbsp; I'm sure they are making billions and they should have better service for their customers.&amp;nbsp; The only thing I can say is.... start limiting your shopping on QVC (I have), then maybe they'll get the hint.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with you 100% with how slow shipping is and if they really haven't shipped an item, then you should be able&amp;nbsp; to cancel.&amp;nbsp; They don't want to let you cancel because they want to rip you off for the S&amp;amp;H.&amp;nbsp; It's almost as if they are charging you twice for shipping when you use their return label because you pay for S&amp;amp;H when you order, but if you return an item, they deduct $8.95 plus whatever you paid for shipping from your refund.&amp;nbsp; I've been ordering from them before they became QVC but I know I have slowed waaaay down because of waiting 2-3 weeks for something and then if I don't like, they keep a big chunk of my refund because of S&amp;amp;H...it's a ripoff!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just received an email saying an item I ordered on the 2nd was delayed. No reason given. I tried to cancel and it was too late. They said I could return it at no&amp;nbsp;cost to me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
