Hello Mary,

Just making a suggestion to you, have you considered writing a down to earth cook book for everyday use for people who have the same stomach issues as yourself?

I think it would be very helpful so long as the recipes are everyday items people have in their kitchen or quite easy to purchase in any supermarket location.

if you haven't considered doing this, please do. Many people would benefit from it.

@gourmet cook I agree! Mary has lived in various places and has many culinary experiences. I'm sure she has adapted many of her favorite recipes to her dietary needs. I hope your post is seen by the mods. I don't have any specific requirements, but I have friends and co-workers who do.
