    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/203636"&gt;@Magny&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/229659"&gt;@Beth-QVC&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;That is terrific of you to assist in the exchange.&amp;nbsp; If I may make a suggestion for you to push up to the "upper management", if doing an exchange, once your package has left your possession, the replacement item should be shipped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As it is right now, its up to the customer to wait until the package is processed, which can take weeks, makes the exchange all but impossible if there are limited choices.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to return items for a different size, and most of the time, the item sold out by the time the package is in transit and then processed by the warehouse.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or, have a different address that the exchanges are sent to so those items can be processed and or tracked (if not yet received back to QVC) and replacement orders filled more quickly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Since 8/26, a blouse I want to exchange has been sitting at USPS in NY. Who knows if replacement item will still be available when it finally turns up at Q. &amp;nbsp;If they would only ship out the replacement ASAP, like HSN, I would probably have it by now. &amp;nbsp;HSN gives you 2 weeks to return the item, &amp;amp; &lt;EM&gt;then&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;you get billed for the exchange if you don’t. It is very nice to be able to compare the sizes or colors of the two garments together.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have only tried an exchange once and didn't get the item I wanted so&amp;nbsp; I paid for the return shipping.&amp;nbsp; The item eventually came back in stock, but too late to do "exchange."&amp;nbsp; I seldom by QVC clothing any more.&amp;nbsp; Returns are too costly and the price of the item is more than I would pay elsewhere then you have to add the shipping.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Another reason it's not "free" is that TSV items often sell out in the color or size you might want to exhange it for and I've found that they don't always get restocked before my 30 days are up. That means I have to return it, which costs money, versus an exchange.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The "free exchange" policy comes so much fine prnt/fast talk that it's not just not as advertised.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As far as I'm concerned, the exchange policy is just a big joke.&amp;nbsp; By the time your original order gets out of "In Process" and then delivered, and then returned by you, and received at QVC and shipped out again, I would forget what it was I ordered!&amp;nbsp; Most of the time it would be out of stock by that time anyway.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just SMH when the hosts gush over the wonderful exchange policy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometime when you actually receive the item, it is just not worth the hassel of trying to exchange,&amp;nbsp;so it becomes a return. &amp;nbsp; If I truly want the item, I will just re-order and pay the return postage.&amp;nbsp; The postage cost is not worth the stress of the exchange policy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called CS before my last exchange a few months ago. &amp;nbsp;The size I needed was limited so they sent it out right away. &amp;nbsp;I actually kept the original until the second one came so that I could compare fit (it is an outerwear jacket, so some flexibility&amp;nbsp;on fit, and I want a little more room for heavier clothes underneath).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The rep put a note in the file not to charge me for the return shipping. &amp;nbsp;I was charged, but called and they reversed the charge. &amp;nbsp;It pays to make a phone call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
