      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wish there were a way to provide more detailed tracking information. This modified template is not helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC has chosen to use the UPS/Delivered by USPS option (SurePost.) but we don't easily have the tracking information once the piece is transferred over to USPS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In its present form, we can't just copy-and-paste the UPS tracking number from a phone. Because the customer has to go directly to the UPS record and retrieve that USPS tracking number to keep tracking the package. Sometimes we don't have access to a desktop, where it's easier to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;USPS Parcel Post is the cheapest way to mail something and doesn't offer much in the way of tracking. &amp;nbsp;It's one of the ways USPS keeps the price of parcel post so low. &amp;nbsp;I don't like it either.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
