Im not sure if this is still the same policy at HSN as I have not ordered from them in a while, but HSN gave you the option to go into your order page, exchange the item online and that exchange was "In Process" immediately so that you did not miss out on your size or color. Also, you still had 30 days to return the item you were returning, they did not make you wait until the returned item was received to process the item you wanted.

@D5799 Yes, that is the way HSN works.....I called about my exchange and she reordered the neessary size while we were on the phone. The next day my item was mailed back, it was a very smooth exchange and I did not miss out on the size I needed.

If my return is not received with in the 30 days, they will charge me for both items.

Exactly!!! Hope QVC will eventually do this as well!
