Purchased items

I order a lot of items using my bank card and Qvc card. When I check to verify if an item I purchased is actually paid in full this information is not available. But it used to be... What happened?....,!,

@wiggy5 Not sure what you're asking or where you're looking? But when you make a payment it's not applied to any one item unless it's the only item on your statement; the payment is applied to your overall balance. Please clarify what you are asking.
