    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;On the alternate TV channels such as Q2, Q3, please leave the phone number for auto ordering on the screen&lt;U&gt; at all&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;times.&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp; I wanted to place an order a couple nights ago, the number was not on the screen.&amp;nbsp; I waited and waited and the phone number never appeared.&amp;nbsp; The host moved to the next item.&amp;nbsp; Fortunately I'd written down the item number so I was eventually able to place my order.&amp;nbsp; At 3am, I'm not in the mood to struggle.&amp;nbsp; This is not a hard, complicated request.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There is a number for automated ordering and a number for ordering from a live person (that takes forever to answer), and then another number for customer service.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;So what some of you are calling the QVC "regular number" is not what is needed.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;When I used to order, I always used the automated number, not what some are calling the "main" or "regular" number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Now I rarely order but now I will do it online.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Some people are not comfortable ordering online. QVC should not make it difficult to order any type of way they have available.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;It really makes sense to have that automated number on the screen at all times on all channels.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Not a difficult thing to do.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;And no point in everyone saying why it doesn't need to be done!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm sure most people know you can order online etc but doesn't mean you want to.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I also wanted to point out that some of these responses did not really read the original post and understand it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There are not individual numbers for every channel. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There is an automated number where you do not have to speak to anyone and you do not have to wait sometimes for 20-30 minutes to get through!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It seems a lot of responses are just immediately firing off replies just to argue or say why something is not needed or not a good idea!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35228"&gt;@Kachina624&lt;/a&gt;, for bringing this topic up.&amp;nbsp; I was watching a Basso program on Q2 and was waiting for the phone number to appear.&amp;nbsp; Waited a long time - so long actually I was afraid the top would sell out before the number reappeared.&amp;nbsp; The number also has a recording of the item numbers for what's on the air, the item on previouly, etc. for those of us who don't have a pencil and paper handy.&amp;nbsp; One of the reasons to shop on TV is the ease of the shopping experience, which would not include a laptop and pen and paper tablet.&amp;nbsp; Not all of us watch television and have the laptop out at the same time.&amp;nbsp; Would like the phone number on the screen, please!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I memorized the number for automated ordering decades ago, so I don't need the number to be displayed. I never noticed that it is not always on the screen. IMO, that's a serious oversight on Q's part and is probably causing them to lose sales.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
