I am using a brand new IPhone XR and a brand new IPad Pro 2018. Both are using the latest operating systems. This is beyond ridiculous for s company this size to have so many issues</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having a problem for some time on the website with speed ordering. Says there is a problem with website and I should call customer service to order. But if I looked at my order status it was ordered. Would show item still in my cart, but if I click on my cart it disappears. I am using iPad Pro latest version also. This just happened again a few minutes ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;As of yesterday, it takes &lt;STRONG&gt;more&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;than a full minute&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to load a profile page.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;Forums and threads all load in reasonable time, but for weeks there is nothing but trouble trying to load a profile page...&lt;EM&gt;and it's getting SLOWER!&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;This tablet also keeps &lt;EM&gt;changing itself&lt;/EM&gt; back to mobile view.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000000"&gt;I swear, some IT person decided anyone using a tablet must get the mobile view, whether they want it or not.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I did a chat with someone to report it-nothing.&amp;nbsp; I sent an email regarding the problem-nothing.&amp;nbsp; Both were done 2 weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; It is happening on my computer and my son's new microsoft book.&amp;nbsp; So it is not MY computer.&amp;nbsp; System also jumps down to Q card page when trying to add something to my cart. Oh, and it is very slow to load a page.&amp;nbsp; This is the Qs fault.&amp;nbsp; It is not the OPs imagination&lt;/P&gt;</description>
