QVC. FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!

I have not been able to save anything to my shopping cart for weeks. Even this forum is fraught with problems. Get constant error messages. I am using a brand new IPhone XR and a brand new IPad Pro 2018. Both are using the latest operating systems. This is beyond ridiculous for s company this size to have so many issues

I have been having a problem for some time on the website with speed ordering. Says there is a problem with website and I should call customer service to order. But if I looked at my order status it was ordered. Would show item still in my cart, but if I click on my cart it disappears. I am using iPad Pro latest version also. This just happened again a few minutes ago.

As of yesterday, it takes more than a full minute to load a profile page.

Forums and threads all load in reasonable time, but for weeks there is nothing but trouble trying to load a profile page...and it's getting SLOWER!

This tablet also keeps changing itself back to mobile view.

I swear, some IT person decided anyone using a tablet must get the mobile view, whether they want it or not.

Yes this. It's been this way for weeks... Accessing profile pages is impossible...

I have not been able to use speed ordering for about two weeks. It asks for my password and brings me to this forum. I have to go through all the steps to place an order. Just a minor inconvenience, but it does need to be fixed.

I have written to the Q and they said their IT is aware of the problem and is working on it. Personally I don’t believe them. I think QVC is full of you know what. This problem with my shopping cart started about 3 weeks ago

Saved items-disappeared about 3 weeks ago. I did a chat with someone to report it-nothing. I sent an email regarding the problem-nothing. Both were done 2 weeks ago. It is happening on my computer and my son's new microsoft book. So it is not MY computer. System also jumps down to Q card page when trying to add something to my cart. Oh, and it is very slow to load a page. This is the Qs fault. It is not the OPs imagination

I am having issues as well but my NYR is to forget shopping here unless they make the website easy, user friendly and issue free. I have metioned issues over the years and if I get feedback or a response at all....I am told it is my computer, cookies, clear cache, reboot etc. I am paying you, you are not paying me. No issues on other shopping sites that I use, ever.

Did you clean out your history, cookies and cache? Is your internet provider the most current version?

Electronic issues totally baffle me.

I use:

Desk top w/ Firefox (very old! Windows XP)

Desk Top w/ Internet Explorer (Windows 7)

Ipad (not sure what browser)

Amazon Tablet (Silk Browser)

Samsung Galaxy 9 (I think) with Chrome (do NOT use the app)

I haven't had ANY of the issues listed above!

Everything is working fine.

And it's getting worse... Acessing forum pages is, at times, very slow and posting is, at times, quite erratic... And it's still taking forever to access profiles... They must be 'improving the customer experience' again...
