Website Navigation Suggestion

HSN has a great website when shopping for products. You can actually preview and put the item into your cart without leaving the page. You can also track your packages from the order status...the link is right next to the order status and it updates when the packaged is delivered. Sometimes it is a hassle to see an item and have to click on the item to get details...then put the item in your cart only to have to figure out where you were all over again...this is just a suggestion but HSN is really easy to navigate and I think QVC would benefit from adapting some of their site ideas. Thanks!!!

I respectfully disagree. I find it so difficult to browse on the site. I tried looking for gold gemstone jewelry on clearance just today- had to give it up.

I also find the web page very cluttered, which QVC seems to be aspiring to.

You are right about the clutteredness of the HSN and there are some good points about QVC's website...I just pointed out some of the features I think make the shopping experience a little easier...like having the ability to preview an item and put it in the cart right there and then keep shopping...I would hope they would look at the best features of both sites and combine to make an even better site...

I don't know if this works on devices but if using a PC if you right click on an item and select open in a new tab you can accomplish what you want to do then close the tab returning to your original page at the position you left off.
