That way if the customer orders a TSV item, discovers they love it, and wants a second one they are “rewarded” for being a regular purchaser of TSV items. For example, I purchased the BD Milk Jersey Caftan, love it, want a second one, but will not pay the now regular price for it. I would not have ordered two back when it was the TSV because I didn’t know if I would like it, and didn’t want the hassle and expense of returning two items if it turned out I didn’t. But now that I know I live it, if I could order a second one at the TSV price in the near future I definitely would. It might show up as a TSV again a year or so from now, but it would be lovely and encourage greater loyalty to the Q if I could just purchase it at the TSV price. As I say, customers would be limited to having the right to purchase just one of the 3+ TSV items they purchased during the prior quarter at the TSV price, and only a single additional one, not quantities of two or three, etc. of that item.
