I have a great idea. How about free return fees?!

That would be great but doubt that will happen. But like other sites that offer free returns they might do even more business.

A lot of retailers do this, free shipping both ways. Many to choose from.

Totally agree. I had even gotten used to paying the $6.95 return fee, but just found out today that I'm also paying the original shipping fee as well..... much too expensive. Will have to start ordering someplace else as this is too expensive to return clothing.

Remember that if you have several pieces of clothing to return, you can put them all in one bag and just pay $6.95. I have done this. You have 30 days so I wait and return several items at once. Not just on clothing either, once I returned clothing and other things in one box for the $6.95. Of course if you just buy one thing and return it, it does seem excessive to pay original shipping and the label fee!

I don't see that happening. QVC doesn't even refund the original s/h anymore so I doubt they are going to offer free returns.

I don't know many companies that offer free returns. At least most I deal with don't.

but they DO refund some money though for returns from what I read at the bottom of the page.. it takes time for the refund to show up on your card though..

I have spent a fortune lately on return shipping. The clothing has been so inconsistent, not sure what has happened with Quality control. Yesterday I received the Hula Girl Philosophy from,the TSV. I APPLIED IT AND GOT A MASSIVE HEADACHE. WELL, NOW THAT JUST COST $12.00 to try a fragrance. I spend a lot of money with QVC but I really have to start thinking twice about purchasing from them anymore

I just returned a recent TSV (terrible fit from a brand I buy regularly) and was charged shipping costs both ways. I thought original shipping was refunded but that was not the case here. I called customer service this morning and the woman said she would pass the suggestion along.

@Wobin QVC stopped refunding original shipping costs at least 3 years ago. Unless the item is defective (or Q's mistake) or you are doing an exchange you do not get shipping charges refunded.

QVC thinks we're stupid or can't do arithmatic.

They sell two item; one is full priced and the other is $3 off.

Then they tack on $3.00 for shipping.

What does that save you? I ask this because for a while QVC wasn't charging any amount at all for shipping. Now they're back at it again.

@FuzzyFaceUnless something was free shipping QVC always charged shipping. Also using your example above with the buy more save, you have to pay shipping on each item regardless if you buy 1 of an item or 5 of them.

QVC WAS shipping at no cost recently. If I'd known it was going to turn into a "discussion", I'd have noted down the times and dates.

Like I said, QVC has no respect for its customers' intelligence or at least theie ability to do basic arithmatic. I generally don't mind too much because I don't purchase a lot and $3 isn't going to make or break me; but I don't like the feeling that QVC is trying to pull a fast one on me.

@FuzzyFace & @DJs mom - QVC, on rare occasion, offers a day of free shipping on everything. The free shipping days are random and are not promoted in advance. Seems like there were 4-5 free shipping days scattered over the past year.

@DeniseColo yes I know this. That is why I said unless it was a promotion. QVC has always charged shipping.
