My pet peeve is "Literally." We know the Q hosts and vendors use it constantly, there's not one presentation without it several times, but I hear it everywhere! Even people who use the language for their living, like news anchors, reporters, and lecturers - I can't wait until the world moves on to the next catch phrase!

There are only so many adjectives to go around. Fortunately, many hosts tire of a phrase and move on to the next one ... which we'll get tired of, in due course.

I have almost stopped watching completely, due to many of the repeated phrases by hosts. AMAZING was my absolute most hated!! I no longer watch Lisa at all, due to hearing it over/over. I don't miss watching her in the least.

Whenever I am flipping channels and QVC appears and Lisa is the host I always hear "very, very quickly". And what I do very, very quickly ,is turn the channel.

Yeah, Lisa has really gotten bad about those double words over and over again. It went from being a curiosity about her to something that is difficult to listen to for any length of time. I tried to watch a Dooney & Bourke show with her not too long ago and I couldn't do it; I changed the channel after about 5 minutes because it just became tedious. I usually don't watch QVC, I'm more of an online shopper, but once in awhile it's nice to just tune out and watch a jewelry show, or a Dooney show or Philosophy, but it's really getting hard to do that of late. It seems like all the hosts are "burned out" or something.

It could be worse, Lisa could be like Kendy Kloeper on ShopHQ and say everything twice. She has to be up there on the "most annoying" list.

I think its Kendy Kloepfer. She used to be a host on the Q years ago (for a few years) She looks like she's aged 50 yrs since then. I cant tolerate watching her for very long......(Lynn either for that matter).....

The newest phrase is "this is the only order for the season".I have heard it from about 10 hosts.I personally don't care ,if it's the only order of the season.if I don"t want it now,I doubt that I will want it when its gone!!

How about Lisa's overuse of the phrase "crazy popular"? All of the other hosts are beginning to use that phrase and it is beginning to lose it's meaning. It now means a low selling item..... That phrase and "this item will not be reordered". With all the times this phrase has been used, maybe they are getting rid of ALL of their stock and going out of business...
