With the ever increasing problem of Porch Pirates, it would be nice if QVC updated their shipping page. It is rarely accurate which means it is impossible for us to have someone at home and watching for a package. It is the main reason I do so much shopping on Amazon, their process is quick and the tracking accurate.

When someone steals from the porch, is the buyer just out of luck, or does the company replace the merchandise?

Sometimes UPS or the post office places the package so it’s harder to see from the street but sometimes they just lean it up against the front door.

I think Amazon has places you can pick up packages.
