topic Big Banner Issue in Suggestion Box

Dear Q, Webbie, IT Personnel,

I've been navigating around your website since its inception without difficulty. About 2 weeks ago, I had huge problems moving about pages which have a banner near the top. This problem caused my screen to seize up and required that I ctrl-alt-delete. It was 6 days, I believe, before I figured out what was going on.

Something new had occurred with the turqoise banner which states that if I send a product to anyone in Oregon, I don't have to pay tax. (Duh, I live in Oregon.)

The "something new" was a delayed fade in from white through various stages of light turqoise to finally turqoise. I found that I had to await, (no fingers on keyboard, no activity of any kind), the completion of the fade-in in order to function on the page I desired.

******I cannot tell you how frustrating this is!!!!!! And, stupid!

Whoever your design guru is for such things, have them change it back to the way it was before, so I don't get scrip errors freezing my screen, etc.

Please...

Thank you!

sfnative, From your description I don't think it's a problem with the website -- I suspect you have malware on your computer. You might want to run a scan.
