About 2 weeks ago, I had huge problems moving about pages which have a banner near the top. This problem caused my screen to seize up and required that I ctrl-alt-delete. It was 6 days, I believe, before I figured out what was going on.</P> <P>Something new had occurred with the turqoise banner which states that if I send a product to anyone in Oregon, I don't have to pay tax. (Duh, I live in Oregon.)</P> <P>The "something new" was a delayed fade in from white through various stages of light turqoise to finally turqoise. I found that I had to await, (no fingers on keyboard, no activity of any kind), the completion of the fade-in in order to function on the page I desired.</P> <P>******I cannot tell you how frustrating this is!!!!!!
