Inside-Outside temperature

I bought one off tv and the one I have is going bad I like to know what the weather is outside and what to put on when I go out for a walk. One part is on a post on my front porch-the other in my den what the temperature is in my den and outside. Can you get anything like that?

I've bought several of those thermometers at Wal-Mart. I've also discovered you can replace the battery in them.

I get BIG vertical thermometers at the $ store.......and attach them to the inside reinforcement bars on the security doors. All I have to do is open the house door and take a quick peek.

Walmart, Target, most hardware stores all have them.

@halfpint1 Walmart is where we found ours too.

The kids enjoy them too. Especially when the outside temperature matches the same exact number of temperature inside.

We check it first thing in the morning. Work really well.

I got mine from Amazon.

It tells me the outside temperature, as well as inside temp.

Both the outside gauge, and the inside display require batteries.

If yours isn't working properly, @halfpint1, try replacing the batteries.

Try changing the batteries.

If you do need a new one, try Amazon.

I take a look at my weather app on my phone or iPad. But I can see the fun of having a gauge hanging outside, and many are very attractive.

I purchased mine from a store that sells boat supplies. The manufacturer is Oregon Scientific.
