      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a long time QVC customer and I gave noticed shipping times are getting longer and longer. &amp;nbsp;At one time you could select whether to ship by UPS or USPS. &amp;nbsp;Now you no longer have that option. &amp;nbsp;Now if QVC uses UPS they will drop if at Post Office which can add another 2 days. Furthermore, it seems as if they are taking up to three days to even get the order to the shipping area yet if you try to cancel the order you will get a message telling you it's too late.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked their their parent company to see if business was better than usual and they are just having problems processing all the orders. Nope...actually the opposite.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC, please see what you can do to speed delivery times up. &amp;nbsp;We are paying &amp;nbsp;full freight shipping while your competitors offer free shipping. If it's free I am prepared to wait. If I am paying for shipping I expect it to move faster. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shipping has changed, and not for the better. I have found my orders sit "In Process" for 3-4 days then the Smart Post at the end takes another 2-3 sitting in the PO for delivery. Though I know the Q has no control over how slowly my PO processes my deliveries. I got lucky this week and something else I ordered elsewhere, was coming UPS and they said they would be in my area already and would deliver my smart post (UPS/USPO) package from the Q! Now that's good service!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On another humorus note, I received a Q order yesterday, delivery was UPS in the morning, around dinner time I received a message from the Q that my order had just shipped when I already received it! lol&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If I know I need something for vacation or special event, I buy at a local store.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are ordering Christmas gifts I suggest you start now. I predict the same issues with shipping will occur again. QVC is having shipping issues that has not been reslove. I have finish Christmas shopping 90% from my local retail stores.The other 10% online ordering has been received.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I totally agree.&amp;nbsp; Some orders sit there processing for a week and then another week to receive it.&amp;nbsp; That is unacceptable.&amp;nbsp; The Surepost with UPS and then the trasfer to USPS takes days.&amp;nbsp; Not happy anymore&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree with all. The shipping should be free since you have to wait so long to receive your purchases. I think it's the worse I've experienced from any online shopping. They need to get it worked out and speed the process or make all shipping free. It should never sit in process for 3 or 4 days before being shipped out. Please do something about this issue or I will stop buying from Q.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a jacket from Lands End on Monday of last week. They used SurePost which was UPS to post office. It was in my mailbox Saturday. If I'd ordered from QVC, I probably still wouldn't have it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If Lands End can get something to me in a reasonable amount of time using this same UPS to Post Office method, why can't QVC?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I order quite often from Wal-Mart and they use the same shipping as the Q, Surepost. Wal-Mart processes within one day and I have my order in no longer than 3 days, usually 2 days. The tracking is always updated. And the shipping is free for orders over 35.00.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the Q my order sits in processing for days and when it finally ships it takes at Least a week and the tracking is rarely updated. I too have had emails from the Q saying my order has shipped on the day I receive my order. I rarely get orders any more from UPS and Sure Post costs less and we are still paying the same shipping cost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having same problems order is taking 10 days to go 2 states over.&amp;nbsp; Crazy so I have been a good customer of the Q but now I think I will need to take a second look.&amp;nbsp; It might be worth paying a bit more on other site to get it here in decent time. I ordered to of the samethings just different colors within 3 minutes of each other and now when I go to tracking after 10 days one of them is starting again at the original ship place.&amp;nbsp; Not good and I hope someone is really reading these :-) &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no subject choice for RETURNS" so i am adding this under shipping.&amp;nbsp; I just had to pay $10.00 to return a pair of pajamas!&amp;nbsp; That is rediculous.&amp;nbsp; I will be much more cautious when ordering from QVC ,it at all.&amp;nbsp; They are no longer a customer friendly on-line store. Will not buy clothes again, because due to their inefficiency in keeping sizes standard, it is just too expensive to have to return items that don't fit. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
