      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was just looking at Susan Graver's new bomber jacket on QVC.com.&amp;nbsp; The fabric care reads as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Care: MWC/GC/WWLC/ONCBWN/TDL/RP/LIIN&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What???&amp;nbsp; I get that MWC means "machine wash cold" but the rest is just gobbledegook.&amp;nbsp; When trying to fit fabric care on a little tag, it's understandable to abbreviate (even if we don't know what most of it means) but what is the rationale for abbreviating fabric care on the website?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks to everyone who helped to "break the code"!&amp;nbsp; But my point in posting this in the Suggestion Box was that there is &lt;U&gt;no need for abbreviations on the website&lt;/U&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Those abbreviations were developed to fit a lot of information on a very small clothing tag, where space is at a premium.&amp;nbsp; When visiting a website to check out a product, the customer shouldn't have to waste time figuring out abbreviations.&amp;nbsp; Yes, &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35228"&gt;@Kachina624&lt;/a&gt;, I've certainly seen some of these abbreviations before, but I was suggesting to QVC that their website is not the place for them.&amp;nbsp; The point is to make things quick and easy for your customers so they don't just click off to another online retailer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
