      <description>&lt;P&gt;I heard one of the host say that all returns were for free now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Has anyone had any experence with it yet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered and sent my daughter a gift, it was too small.&amp;nbsp; She sent it back for a larger size, so just wondering if it was for free or will I have to pay the $ 6.95 for the exchange?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any info. you can give me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd call Customer Service and tell them you are doing a return so you aren't charged for shipping.&amp;nbsp; It's not enough just putting a note in the box.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;However, another poster said it must be the same item number, just a different size or color.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Returns are still $6.95 with the q label for lighter items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Exchanges for another size/color of the same item #, have a free return with the q label and reship.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If they do not have the size or color you are exchanging for, they will refund you the purchase price and all shipping charges as well. With that being said, I strongly suggest you follow up to make sure it's being handled the correct way. I tried to exchange a sweater for another size, but instead, they returned it and charged me for postage. I called CS and they fixed it, but never assume anything....follow up!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent two items back today to be exchanged and I called CS to give them a heads up, but I will be tracking it every step of the way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But then my credit card showed a credit minus the return shipping. &amp;nbsp;I checked order status and it showed the replacement order as "canceled". So no, it's not working.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Perhaps the TSV being the prior month before returns were free, so expected the shipping part. They had my size in stock in all colors, too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
