Please offer Easy Pay on "As Is" items, too

I've been stalking "As Is" Barbara Bixby jewelry pieces but am stopped short when I realize that Easy Pay is not an option. Some pieces are costly, even marked "as is", so I would love to be able to purchase a piece or two using Easy Pay.

QVC needs to be more cognizant of customer's financing preference of budgeting monthly expenses, and offer Easy Pay more often.
