COPPER CHEF CASSEROLE

Would like to see the 9 1/2 inch shallow sided skillet offered in the casserole style with the lid. I'd like to be able to use it in my counter top oven. PLEASE PASS ON TO COPPER CHEF!!!!

Just recieved my Copper Chef 9.5 Casserole and pan from the TSV a couple of weeks ago. I love it very much. Today I want to braise a roast in the oven with it and can't find any thing about what temp you can use with the glass lid on. I called qvc and the rep told me to contact Copper Chef! I then called them and they said the lids are NOT oven safe. Don't you think that should be on the info booklet or at least told during the presentations? Not really happy right now. I don't braise stove top I use the oven it is a no brainer that way. Stove top is not reliable at all. I would send back if I didn't love the way they cook other wise. Looks like braising is out!!!

Hi,

I received my Copper Chef 9 1/2" casserole but the steamer rack was missing from the package. I've talked to Customer Service twice about it. They were very nice and said the steamer rack would be shipped out to me, but I'm still waiting. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give me!
