waited three days past the date the item was supposed to be delivered. this has cost me two days work so far. if you dont know when you will send something, do not give a date. that way we know wheather its worth the time/hassle in ordering something.

I've been waiting for an in-stock sleeping bag from llbean since 5/30!!!! Still in process! Customer Service says it's having shipping issues! My 7 year-old grandson's birthday has come and gone....maybe it will arrive before he graduates high school!!

In my experience, QVC shipping has been frustrating and at times, mystifying.

I ordered the Lug Pontoon bag last week Friday in the morning right on the QVC site and it finally came today. My order was in "Process" mode/status until Tuesday, I think.

Earlier this month I ordered two other items from Lug directly, got free shipping, and I got my order faster than I got my QVC order. It shipped the next day. (And if you order from Lug, it ships from Canada.)
