Can not view "Reviews" on any products...

I can not see any reviews on any of the products I'm interested in purchasing. I can see "Reviews and Community Q&A" with page numbers to the right, but nothing appears when I click on to it. Anyone else having this problem?

I can't see the reviews either. I hope a Moderator sees this. It should probably have been posted in Customer Care.

I am also having the same problem with the reviews. I wonder if there updating there system or revamping the web site?

YES.....I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM??? WHY DID THEY CHANGE THE SITE FORMAT? IT WAS SO SIMPLE....WHY DO WE ALWAYS FIX WHAT'S NOT BROKEN.

OH I ALSO HAD TWO LIVE CHATS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO BASICALLY MADE ME FEEL STUPID. I WON'T BUY WITHOOUT READING REVIEWS AND LEFT THEM FEEDBACK TO THAT EFFECT.

I am having the same problem. Maybe because there are so many "bad" reviews lately they don't want us to see them.

All you have to do is tap on the "Stars" on the upper right hand & scroll down, Reviews are there.... Hope this helps!

On my screen, there are no stars in the upper right hand to click on.

I called customer service after 1 a.m. to ask why I could no longer see reviews. I was informed that customer service is not operational 1-7 a.m. So I called again midmorning today and the rep w/ whom I spoke told me that I was not the first call she'd had on this topic. She'd already submitted a ticket about it,

I tried using a browser other than Chrome and I could see the reviews just fine. So irritating. Is there any chance that all the people who are having trouble are using Chrome? When I logged on via MSN, I could see the reviews but every three seconds, I was having to log back in / supply password, which got annoying rather fast.

I returned to the site via Chrome after using MSN for a while and I could again see reviews... for a few minutes. Then there were gone again. Item titles look very bare, as no info re: customer feedback is offered, no "be the first to write a review," etc.

I think if a few more people complained about this other than online (800367 9444 is cust serv), the problem might be resolved faster.
