What Happened to the @ Feature?

Maybe I've missed this being discussed, but that happened to the @feature? It's not working for me anymore.

It is extremely unreliable and had some real mood swings.

This forum has some real issues.

The @ was out of commission for about a week a month or so ago but they fixed it and it's been working fine ever since, at least for me.

Mine didn't work for several months, but now it's working fine.

Maybe it is taking turns with everybody. Mine was working first round of disappearing @. Now It doesn't work on computer, however, it does on tablet.

@FLgardener, you might want to post this in the Customer Care forum. -- These days I think the mods are more likely to respond to QVC forum IT issues in that forum.

btw, my Notification feature is working just fine. -- I hope they are able to take care of your issue.
