Link to product reviews not working

The hyperlink to product reviews is not working. I will not be ordering any products from QVC until this is fixed.

Thought I was the only one that was having this problem.I also agree that til this is fixed I will not be ordering since I rely on customer reviews of products before I order. Thanks

Me, too! I reported the problem and the response pointed me to the label. Hyperlink is not working. I think they are trying to bury the reviews; the tab option was fine.

@EGC, thanks for bringing this up because I thought that maybe it was only happening to me.

@Eva-QVC and @Beth-QVC, I'm not sure if this problem is affecting everyone or just some of us (I have a MacBook Air). -- I'd appreciate it if you could have someone in your IT department take a look at this.

this has been reported MULTIPLE times by various posters over the past month or so......and acknowledged.......i am guessing that it either isnt a priority for IT or that they cannot find a fix.

i have not been able to see reviews for at least a month when i try to access them via firefox on my laptop. i AM able to see them when i check the items on IE and EDGE.

I too am unable to read reviews. I am using Chrome and even when I go to IE I still can't see them. Only the page #'s. No where to click to read them.

When I have ordered a product and have to return it because of something that may have helped by reading the reviews, I get penalized for it. Not fair at all.

Hello @EGC @crazy4bears @bebe777 @sunshine45 @DesertTess - I heard back from our IT department and they are able to see the reviews. They said to make sure and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to see them.

Can I ask everyone if they are using mobile devices?

i am not using a mobile device. i am using a full sized laptop and the firefox browser. i scroll all the way down, can see the review page numbers, but the reviews do not show at all. it has been this way for over a month. i can see the reviews when i am on IE and EDGE browsers.

I'm sorry @sunshine45 I compketely left out the part that IT said to make sure to clear your cookies/cache or use ctrl +5 to see if that resolves this.

i do clear my cookies out daily.

there are multiple threads regarding these problems and hopefully they will be resolved in some way. i can switch browsers to read the reviews, but it is a pain.

Hi @Eva-QVC, thanks so much for seeing this through.

For starters, I've always cleared my cookie cache every single time I finish using my laptop or iPhone.

I pretty sure I can usually see the reviews with my (three to four year old) iPhone 4-S.

It's my MacBook Air (which is only a year and a half old, and all tricked up) which is where I consistently have problems. I would say that about 60% of the time I just can't see the reviews. -- I can see the header for the reviews (and the additional page links for the reviews), but no reviews are visible. -- Frequently, out of frustration, I'll click on the link to the next pages. Maybe 20% of the time that will work and I can see the reviews on the following pages, but generally it doesn't work either.

btw, this seems to be a relatively new problem that has developed in the past month to maybe six weeks.

@Eva-QVC - I normally use Firefox browser; I tested Internet Explorer and Chrome to see if Firefox was the problem but not the case. For all these browsers, I see the text "Review & Community QA" with page numbers on the lower right, but no active link. In the URL field up on top, there are warning icons telling me that the QVC connection is not secure and that the parts of the page are being blocked. Why is QVC data only http:// and not the secure https://? This may be the reason for the problems with missing reviews. Could QVC IT find a solution?

I don't use my PC very often but today I had did and noticed that I also cannot see the reviews of the products I was looking at. I use Firefox as my browser. No problems with my iPhone or iPad.

I dont think qvc wants to fix the review problem since its taken so long and more than one person has complained. I guess that it would take everyone complaining and not just a handful since just a few they dont care about.

Will someone using Firefox on a PC please check Evine's website and report back if it works properly for you? Things like color options, s&h, and photos are blank on Evine individual item pages, when I use Firefox.

While I'm very, very annoyed because I cannot view Q&As or reviews on QVC via Firefox, I also can't see complete product pages on Evine. Who should be fixing these problems, Firefox or the website? Just trying to figure out if the problem is universal for Firefox PC users, or if it's just me. :-(

I really dislike Internet Explorer on my laptop for many reasons--mainly because it loads very slowly, but unfortunately I'm having to use it for the reasons above. I don't have a problem with Chrome I have on another computer, but I really don't want to install yet another browser on this laptop.

I am still having issues too! Using Chrome or IE and nothing. Can't even leave a review on something that I have purchased. Pitiful. You'd think that this would be top priority to get fixed as millions of people order from the Q.

Will continue to shop and if there is something that I might like and can't read the reviews I will order and if I have to return so be it. And when they hold it against me I will let them know how their "up grading" or whatever you want to call it prevents me from reading reviews on the products.
