Interrupting guests!

PLEASE! I can't take it anymore! Sandra Bennett so frequently interrupting Susan Graver is making me reach for the remote control!!! THIS IS SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Why in the world would you allow this to continue?!
I am a customer since "Day 1" and I care about QVC!

I think that SG is very rude. Sandra is trying to give us the information that we need to make a decision on a purchase. That is a major problem of SGs and many people comment on her behavior on the forum and Facebook. My friends and I were watching one afternoon and Susan was especially bad when our 5 year old said that lady is not nice. When asked why we were told that her teacher tells them that polite people wait for their turn to talk and they keep their hands to themselves. Sandra and the other hosts are trying to do their job and Susan makes it very difficult.

What I see is some hosts trying to do their JOBS and give US the info we need and want, all the while being interrupted by graver, not the opposite. The hosts have producers talking in one ear, telling them what they need to know and then Susan interrupting and talking in their other ear. It has to be a tough job. Susan is not a guest but basically an employee of QVC, because her line is now sold only at the Q. So, she ought to be learning the ropes by now.

They both do an excellent job; Sandra and Susan are two of my favorites to watch. I wish some of the other hosts and vendors had their energy and enthusiasm.

Well now that's a switch. Everytime Susan has a show tere are at least a couple threads started saying how rude and unprofessional Susan is.

Personally I feel SG does not need a QVC host. She is an enthusiastic as well as a hyper vendor that has a passion for her line of fashions.

She has been w/QVC for over 20 yrs & knows the ropes to go it alone.

The hostess job when paired w/SG should only speak to let the audiance know what items/colors are available, sold out, the price & s&h if applicable.

The "guests" are not actual guests. They re there, at QVC's pleasure, to sell products, and it is up to the host to move things along, give out detao;s on status, etc. /the "guests" are not friends being invited over for tea. They are there to sell -- period. It is not rude, it is business.

I agree she could probably go it alone except for one thing; she needs someone to keep her focused and on track otherwise she'd talk about the first item for the entire hour.

It could be that the QVC show producer said something in Sandra's ear piece that she should say something about the item being presented - maybe Susan G was getting off track.

These people aren't "guests" and "hosts." They are pitchmen selling you products, and they are carefully monitored by a whole group of people behind the scenes who tell them what to say and when to say it. It's a business, not tea at our houses--like they would like to think. Don't worry about "rude"; it's about the money.

SG interrupts the hosts every time, all the time...through the years the hosts have learned when to take control back, otherwise the show would not have any 'flow' at all.

I agree with you 100%.......I know Susan can be a handful but Sandra DOES constantly interrupt.....Saturday i switched on QVC towards the evening and it was a beauty show (IT) which i never usually watch and it was towards the end and i couldn't believe how the vendor Jamie could not finish a sentence w/o Sandra talking over her and it was during times when she was explaining the product itself which i am sure some women would like to hear...then it went to the next show that was Philosophy and Sandra also kept interrupting......I have noticed this alot...i think many don't take as much notice w/Sandra doing it because she comes off more soft spoken...but is can be so annoying. Yes...i did turn the channel.....

This does seem to be a constant problem, SG is certainly one of the worst but others do it as well. Watching HSN everyhing is much calmer. One person finishes speaking before another starts. Doing it that way CAN work! I love QVC but it's such chaos sometimes.

If a host does not interrupt Susan Graver, she will never stop talking and important information and details will be missed. That's why the host is there. Susan Graver would talk from now until the end of time if the hosts didn't interrupt her.

Leah has no problems with Susan Graver.

Sandra is beautiful but a bit inept at her job.

I see it the complete opposite. Susan is always interrupting the hosts to the point of being embarrassing. I used to oder her clothes but no more. I can't even stomach watching her shows due to her over the top behavior. Some viewers refer to her as "enthusiastic". I'm sorry but there is a difference between that and being downright rude. I want to hear the host give me, the viewer and potential purchaser, the details.

Couldn't agree with you more!!! Just can't watch Susan Graver due to the fact that everyone is vying for position to speak. It really gets unbearable to listen to. This topic has been brought up so many times, nothing changes, can't understand that the higher-ups don't recognize that viewers are frustrated and find it difficult to tune in.
