      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC please stop charging for return labels when they aren't actually used. I know you get a high volume of returns, but since you offer people the option to return on their own, care should be taken not to charge them for a label they haven't used. Yes, I know I can contact customer service and get the charge removed but I shouldn't have to do this every single time. I even paperclip a note to the return slip asking them please not to charge for the label, that I returned at my own expense, but no one ever pays any attention.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This happens to me, too - last week, in fact. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once when it happened, the CS person told me they knew I used their label because the charge is applied by scanning the label. &amp;nbsp;When I told him again I did not use the label, he told me I must have used it because it was scanned. &amp;nbsp;I then offered to email him a copy of the return label which was still in my possession along with my receipt for postage and insurance that I paid for with a tracking number. &amp;nbsp;Only then did he agree to credit back the shipping charge they had deducted from my refund.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, yes, this is an ongoing problem. &amp;nbsp;You'd think it would be easy for them to determine if you used the label or not by looking at the package, but apparently it's not easy at all. &amp;nbsp;I, too, wish they'd fix this part of the return process. &amp;nbsp;The current procedure does not work reliably. &amp;nbsp;When I called about this last week, I was told it would take 10 days for the credit to appear in my account. &amp;nbsp;That seems way too long. Sigh.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure I understand what you are saying.&amp;nbsp; Do you mean when you get a item from QVC the receipt which has the return label on the back and can be peeled off for returns is being charged to your account?&amp;nbsp; Even if you don't return the item?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How much are we talking about?&amp;nbsp; That return label says they deduct $6.95 (I think) from your return credit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Therefore &amp;nbsp;she should not be charged $6.95 when her account is credited for the returned item, but she is still getting the charge even though she already paid return shipping herself. I think her original post is very clear. It's a heads up to us all when we pay our own shipping to return. &amp;nbsp;Watch your credit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Im sure this error isn't purposeful, just sloppy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's been going on for years and years and they darn well know about it. &amp;nbsp;It is unjust enrichement on QVC's part - ripping people off right and left for deducting charges for that return postage when that label hasn't been used. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Again, Eva, it's been going on for years and I've called dozens of times about it and the CS rep is never surprised by it and always says he or she will "send an email to corpporate" but nothing ever changes. &amp;nbsp;They still do it. &amp;nbsp; I've taken to writing on my return receipts in the Comment section "I did NOT use your return label" which seems to have helped some, but I shouldn't have to do this. &amp;nbsp;QVC has routinely been deducting the return postge on my orders for years - I have to watch my return amount like a hawk so as not to get ripped off.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To the OP, it doesn't matter whether you have your return label in hand or not - you can always print one off the 'net from your order information if something has happened to your original one sent with your item. &amp;nbsp; Cust. Serv. knows that so having one in hand is not your proof that you didn't use it. However, there should be absolutely no return tracking information if you didn't, which the CS rep can easily click a link to see. And as you say, your postage receipt from the PO for your return and your own USPO tracking number.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I send&amp;nbsp; a return&amp;nbsp; back to QVC on my bill- I make sure there are no upc codes&amp;nbsp; anywhere on the paperwork!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; That includes the address label, the invoice or any&amp;nbsp; realted paperwork, ANYTHING.&amp;nbsp; I haven't had a problem since- although it makes more work for Q's return areas because they can't jsut scan in the return when received. .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
