QVC Shipping Costs are OUTRAGEOUS! Q, please make some changes! See Below

Below are some comments & recommendations for QVC on Improving Sales and Customer Satisfaction by altering their Shipping Cost Strategy:

The shipping costs on QVC.com are outrageously high! I really don't understand how QVC can charge so much for their shipping costs...it's a crime, like when gas stations and hotels up their prices in a crisis. And, we are in an economic crisis.

Many folks can go to the .com sites of Amazon, Kohls, JC Pennys, Boscovs, Walmart, Target, Philosophy, Sephora, etc. and get free shipping on Cyber Monday and also get free shipping basically every day if the dollar amount spent is over a certain amount, like $25 to $50. Whereas, QVC has average shipping prices of $7 for EACH product. ---That is insane with all the other .com sites out there offering free and reduced shipping deals. Many times, I can get the product elsewhere for a dollar more, but with free shipping, which is usually a $7-10 savings for me.

Even HSN and ShopNBC provide more free shipping products and shipping at less the cost ...and they send me coupons every month for 20%+ off! It would really be nice if the Q were listening to their competion and to their customers. Your customers want to to be appreciated and understood in this terrible economic fiscal crisis that we are in for the last 2+ years! We need something done with the shipping charges!

I am a big fan of the Q. I am an avid shopper of QVC for over 20 years! QVC should really do more to reduce/eliminate shipping costs and provide thank you coupons for the faithful customers who haven't fully jumped ship (yet). Walmart & Amazon did not get so successful without their .com strategy, which includes competetive prices and low to no shipping costs & incentives. People buy more when they get incentives and when they do not feel like they are being taken advantage of.

Folks will NOT continue to support any business if they are paying too much for shipping costs when there are so many other .com shopping options. Hey Q, are you listening? --- I've seen these requests before. I've heard these same complaints and requests from friends and family who have stopped supporting the Q. ...Please, Please PLEASE make some changes before it is too late!
