    <description>&lt;P&gt;Those letters have been sent out for years. &amp;nbsp;If your account was closed the Q did you a favor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I learned fairly early never to buy anything made especially for qvc. &amp;nbsp;Most of it is junky and not made very well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i only purchase items &amp;nbsp;from the Q that can be found in a brick and mortar store. Quality control seems to be better.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Q closed my credit card account years ago because I was on vacation and made my online payment 2 days late. &amp;nbsp;I couldn't get internet access and then I forgot. &amp;nbsp;I personally thought it was crazy as my credit score is over 800. &amp;nbsp;Their loss because I stopped buying on a whim. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC used to be my go to store, but not anymore. &amp;nbsp;Amazon took their place. &amp;nbsp;They have faster free shipping, lower prices, and easier returns. Their auto ship is good too. &amp;nbsp;I am not a Prime member.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help, qvc sent me a letter today closing my account because of so many returns. I believe I have returned 70% of my purchases, although I realize this alot I was having a difficult time with sizing, and based on their return policy I never felt this was a problem. One of the perks from purchasing from qvc was their return policy which is touted repeatedly throughout the programs. &amp;nbsp;I wanted to know if anyone else had this happen and if anyone can help me, or am I dropped as a customer permanently. &amp;nbsp;Oh I was a new customer that is why the trouble figuring sizes, although I follows their charts. &amp;nbsp;Thank you, anyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, others have had their account permanently&amp;nbsp;closed due to too many returns, but not until&amp;nbsp;after they had already received an initial warning letter and their return rate didn't change over a certain period of&amp;nbsp;time after that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When you look inside the garment you see lining All Bunched up &amp;amp; sewn horrible &amp;amp; one of those was a Joan Rivers Jacket I just Loved!&amp;nbsp; There is just No Quality Control at all anymore. Things come Damaged with Marks &amp;amp; the Design Prints actually missing the Design period!&amp;nbsp; I ordered two more items recently thinking at least these might be Ok?&amp;nbsp; I hope so....Well you better&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;QVC look at that is being made for your Buyers.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC sends warning letters before they take this step.&amp;nbsp; At a 70%rate, you were costing QVC money -- costs which got passed along to other shoppers.&amp;nbsp; QVC is not alone in this practice.&amp;nbsp; HSN does it.&amp;nbsp; Even brick and mortar stores are tracking returns and turning away serial returners.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, it appears that QVC was not a good fit for you (no pun intended), and honestly, if you found yourself returning such a large percentage of purchases, why would you want to continue shopping here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is NO quality control any more with Q's products in the ladies line - handbags with straps sewen on backwards - J Rivers&amp;nbsp;and Susan G&amp;nbsp;thin sweaters - order 3 pairs of pants and 2&amp;nbsp;a legs&amp;nbsp;are sewen on at an angle so one leg feels likes it's going west while the other is straight.&amp;nbsp; With the shipping cost you're paying - why not go to a local store (like I do) and try things on before purchaisng.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. &amp;nbsp;This happened when I was injured breaking up a fight in my classroom. &amp;nbsp;So to go out to shop is very difficult for me. &amp;nbsp;I did receive a previous letter and stopped purchasing g for awhile and began to shop for christmas, never thinking this would happen, but after paying a tailor $75.00 to fit a suit for me I decided financially it would be better to return the items. &amp;nbsp;If qvc would reinstate me as a customer I would not buy clothes from them again, but my philosophy and linens. &amp;nbsp;So as you can see after reading this there was never any malus intended by me, just an unfortunate situation that changed my life.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I totally agree with you, and also wrote a topic a few minutes ago regarding the same thing. 90% of the time measurements aren't given so a person has no clue what the chest size is or how long it is. Now I try to get on QVC's site to check to see if the measurements are listed, and what they are. That saves me from paying return postage. I have lots of cancellations and lots of returns due to this problem. The size chart isn't worth a flip. It's generalized and clothing, even within the same line, run differently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Example: Denim &amp;amp; Co seems to run quite large on me, so I order a size down. But tonite when I checked on chest measurements, the size L was going to be way too small.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I too am sick and tired of the routine check the item under "click here" for measurements. And even there I have found a chest measurement written as, "chest measurement when folded." Now what does that tell you? If you lie down and flatten out your breasts it might fit?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
